Secrets part 2

1. About learning
On Monday 2 December, I learned about the secrets part 2 by Tim Winton.The teacher let me read the story of Kylie to from the last time. The story, this time I think it's more fun than last time. It is a summary of the Kylie why Kylie to have a secret. When we finished reading teachers to exchange opinions with friends. Then the teacher will give us a summary passage we read that we got from the reading. If we don't understand the teacher will read and explain to us when we understand. The teacher will let us do exercises in the sheet with the ready room and change detection.

2. Summary part 1 and 2

Part1 
Kylie felt left out from her mother and Philip's activities. She becomes interasted in the chickens in the yard. Somehow her secret helps her to felt less lonely. She found a second egg and then found out where others are being laid by unhealthy-looking hen. Kylie had another egg added to the nest. The secret became bigger every day. Kylie was forbidden to lift the lid. It was off-limits She was fascinated by it. Some afternoons she sat out under yhe grapevines with her photo album. In all her photographs, there was not of her father. He had been the photographer in the family. Kylie missed her father.

Part 2
Kylie watched the hen sitting on ten eggs. She takes the lid of the well and she starts to go down the well with her photo album every day. She watshed Philip and her mother and wonders why her father is not with them. Philip discovers her in the well xand hits her. At dusk, Kylie throws the chicks down the well and She hits the hen and throws it down the well. Before bed, She choose one special photo which makes her feel good and She cuts off her head from the special photo and throws it away.

3. Here are some sentences about the three people in this story.

(1) I disapprove Kylie because She is wicked. She throws the chicks and the hen down the well.
(2) I disapprove Kylie's mother becouse She didn't care her.
(3) I dislike philip because He didn't understant Kylie feeling. He didn't care her.

4. What do you feel about story? 


My feelings for this story is, I feel Kylie neglect from raising from the her mother and Philip. With the conflict between the ages, Kylie feel lonely and neglected alone. Her mother should pay attention to her. Don't leave her alone. Because it makes her mood and ideas different from children who have been raised. May you keep pushing or emotional violence.

6. If you were Kylie

If I were Kylie. I'm not throwing chicks and hen down the well. Because it's what moved me a lot. But I will make mom see I important to mom.However, if mom don't give importance to me. I'd be a kids luggage press and personality is aggressive.

Narratives

The 1 December. Today I learned about Narratives which teacher distributed sheets and describe the content for us. Later, the teacher let us read the sample articles about Narratives and training exercises in the sheet. Then professors have distributed sheet about secrets. The story is about a girl named Kylie which teacher lets us read and understand about the passage we read and do not open a dictionary. At that time, I think it is very difficult because we don't know the words difficult. But I tried reading and comprehension When we finish reading teacher will ask us to summarize the story and read to his friends. I think learning in today's fun. Because I can exchange ideas with friends about Kylie.

Recount 2

On 25 November, Today I learned about recount again teacher review us again before we read the article by don't open. Dictionary and comment about what we read. If we don't understand the teacher to explain the content again. And let us read the article again. When we read the article is finished. The teacher will give us ideas with a friend.
Then the teacher will we do exercises with answer sheets and difficult vocabulary is still a problem to me.




Recount

On 24 November. I leaned about the recount. A recount is the unfolding of a sequence of events over time. The recount has 3 types. Is 1. Personal recount  2. Factual recount  3. Imaginative recount we learned about text organizational language, and theater When the teacher explained about the recount until we understand. The teacher let us read the article and do the exercises in sheet I think about the recount shouldn't be hard much, but very hard words. Because I don't know the meaning of the word. But I'll try my studies.





Discourse markers

On 11 November 2556 I learned about discourse makers which teacher explaining the principle of use. And practice exercises in the classroom with my friends. When finished the exercises and the teacher will let us share your opinions about discourse makers.
This week the teacher told them to do exercise is home to send the sun and dividing the work head eye. According to the example sentence from the topic.
I think about discourse makers hard for me, but I'll try to do the exercises.
